In 2019, two bilingual school psychologists, united by a shared passion for equity in education, crossed paths in Northeast Ohio—where fewer than ten such professionals are currently practicing. From this rare connection, Global Minds LLC was born, driven by a vision to revolutionize special education for English Learners. Over the years, our mission has grown stronger as we strive to bring fairness, accuracy, and inclusivity to the communities we serve.
